Ms. Kramer was admitted to practice in California and Nebraska in 1994 after graduating from the University of Nebraska College of Law in Lincoln, Nebraska.  Upon graduation, Ms. Kramer was selected to receive The Order of Barristers for excellence in the art of courtroom advocacy.

Ms. Kramer began her career as Deputy Public Defender in rural Columbus, Nebraska, but soon returned to Lincoln to open her own law firm specializing in criminal defense, juvenile law, and general civil litigation.  Never deterred by seeming impossibilities, Ms. Kramer took on challenging, sometimes seemingly unwinable cases, with a marked level of success.  See more . . .

Ms. Kramer is an artist in advocacy, always looking for new opportunities to expand her trial litigation skills.  Embracing challenges, she has a history of taking on difficult cases and persevering to successful conclusions for her clients.

While starting her legal career, she gained an acquittal in her first felony trial by getting the alleged victim to admit on the witness stand that she had fabricated the story she had given to police.  Ms. Kramer also achieved a hung jury (and subsequent favorable plea bargain) in a DUI/refusal case on the arguments that the arresting officer lacked authority to request the breath test (even though Nebraska is an implied consent state) and that the officer should have acquiesced to the defendant’s request for a witness (even though there is no legal right to have a witness present for a breath test).  See more . . .
